On a mission to learn more about our oceans and make women's voices heard in underwater robotics.

About Me

I am an incoming first year at MIT and intend on majoring in Mechanical and Ocean Engineering! I'm passionate about underwater robotics and supporting women in this field, and I can't wait to join this scene at MIT. In high school, I founded SeaCow Robotics, an all-girls MATE ROV Competition team that has qualified for the World Championships 3 years in a row. This team continues to support women in STEM in my community, and I hope that its presence at championships, community events, and on social media helps to inspire even more. I also worked on a few projects with Georgia Tech during high school, including prototyping enclosures for a fleet of small profiling floats and consulting with the GT Robosub team during their rebuilding year.

My Passions

I have been swimming competitively for 12 years and am going to continue this passion through USA Master's Swim!

I love the interdisciplinary nature of robotics and have found my passion in the underwater side of things. Right now, this is what I see myself doing for the rest of my life.
